1 Cup frozen pineapples
1/2 Cup of sweetened coconut/almond milk / coconut cream
1/2 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
Freeze fresh pineapples
Add frozen pineapples to a blender
Add almond / coconut milk / coconut cream
Add cinnamon
Blend and serve.
