CURRY GOAT











Ingredients
Spring lamb or goat leg, escallion/spring onion, fresh thyme sprigs, bell peppers and scotch bonnets, fresh tomatoes, potatoes and carrots cut into chunks. Jamaican style curry and all purpose seasoning.
Directions
Blend all but tomatoes and thyme, marinate meat for at least half a day.
Scrub off seasoning and  brown.
add seasoning(From the marinate) and water.
Slowly cook and add your veg chunks half way through. Cook till meat falls off the bone.
